If you can't find the part you're looking for, contact our team at support@localautopart.com with your vehicle details and the part you need. We have access to a large network of suppliers and may be able to help locate the part for you.
Yes. All products sold by Local Auto Parts are brand-new aftermarket parts sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell used, recycled, or refurbished parts.
We provide fitment information on our product pages whenever available. To ensure compatibility, we recommend verifying your vehicle's Year, Make, Model, and Type before placing an order. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to help.
After processing, most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days across the United States, depending on product availability, destination, and carrier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package dimensions, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. For certain remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional arrangements may be required, and we will contact you before shipping if necessary.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow the carrier a short period of time to update tracking details after the package has been scanned into their system.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team at support@localautopart.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos if
available. We'll review the issue and work with the carrier to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Most refunds are processed within
3–10 business days, although timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please place a new order and submit a return request for the original item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
